Where is TFZ located?

The Fan Zoo is based in Vancouver but we can ship to almost anywhere in the world.

Do you provide shipping to international destinations?

Yes, we ship world-wide.

How long does it take to ship an item?

Depending on where in the world the item is being shipped to, we will ship your item within 10 days if receiving the order.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Once an item is purchased it is a final sale, and no returns or exchanges are accepted. We assure our product to be free of manufacturing flaws. However, should there be any imperfection in the workmanship, we will replace the product free of charge or accept it back and offer 100% money back upon verification of manufacturer’s defect. 

What kind of memorabilia do you carry?

We carry finished, autographed, framed or enclosed sports artifacts such as pictures, pucks, balls, sticks and jerseys. All items are unique and distinct, dual or multiple photos, career statistic plaques, original art, memorable moments, limited edition pieces and even personalized elements.

Can I request a specific kind of memorabilia?

If we don’t have something that you are looking for, we can't guarantee that it will be available but it doesn't hurt to ask! Send your Fan Zoo Bucket List request to here: Request a special item.

Can you help with fundraising?

Yes we can definitely help to make your event a success. A big part of what we do is to support the community. You keep the profits of the auctioned items; the profits are usually the amount over the minimum bid.

Auctions are perfect for your charity or corporate event. Having an auction at your event adds that extra something for your guests to enjoy. We will help you create the perfect auction with the right items for the guests you are expecting. 

Can you arrange player appearances at my event?

What is Fan Zoo Credit

Fan Zoo Credit is store credit that is used at www.thefanzoo.com, and can be purchased as a gift for only the most deserving sports and entertainment fan! 

If the deserving sports fan has an account with The Fan Zoo, the Zoo Dollars sent to them will automatically be credited to their account (as long as it's the same email addres attached to their account).

If the don't have a Fan Zoo account, not to worry an account will automatically be generated for them, and all they need to do is login!

I have a retail store, does The Fan Zoo sell products at wholesale?

Yes The Fan Zoo also provides products for wholesale, please contact at sales@thefanzoo.com.

Are all Fan Zoo products authenticated and how do I know the item I am purchasing is genuine?

We guarantee the 100% authenticity of our products. Each signed piece of memorabilia comes with a hologram and a Certificate of Authenticity. We do our signings directly with the athletes themselves or deal directly with their representatives.

Are your website prices are in Canadian funds?

All US and international orders will be billed in Canadian funds. Purchase prices will be converted back to their domestic currency by the credit card companies. 

How is shipping being processed?

We prefer sending all products well packaged by an insured carrier either via Canada Post or FedEx. Shipping costs include type of carrier, class of service, destination, size of package, weight, and insurance. This guarantees all parties involved that the shipment is protected in case of loss or damage.

Do you provide an auction service?

Yes!  Please check out our auction at www.thefanzoo.com/auction.  Or if you are interested in The Fan Zoo hosting a auction for your organization please let us know contact(-at-)thefanzoo.com.

If an item is sold out online, do I have an alternative?

Yes, we may have another product by the same athletes representing the same team available, which can be shipped in its place. Please contact sales@thefanzoo.com.
